Tina Englyst (born 1976):  Board member since 2025.

Utbildning/bakgrund: Jur. kand., Uppsala universitet and Master of Laws, Cambridge University. Tina has extensive experience as HR & Sustainability Director and general counsel at Clas Ohlson AB (publ). She has held board positions for Clas Ohlson’s subsidiaries in Sweden and other countries and has been a board member of the Clas Ohlson Foundation. She has previously been general counsel at MTV Networks Nordic, worked as an associate lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå and has been on the national board of Ung Företagsamhet.

Current assignments: Board member of Stiftelsen Glada Hudik teatern.
