According to the articles of association of FM Mattsson AB (publ), owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the Company.\u00a0<\/p>\n

During October 2026, following a request from a shareholder, a conversion of 69,500 Class A shares to Class B shares has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.<\/p>\n

As of 31 October 2026, the total number of registered shares in FM Mattsson AB (publ) amounts to 42,310,431, of which 5,999,500 are Class A shares and 36,310,931 are Class B shares. The total number of votes amounts to 96,305,931.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
