FM Mattsson AB announces that the Nomination Committee has been appointed for the Annual General Meeting in May 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Nomination Committee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hans Karlsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, representing Tibia Konsult AB, LK Finans AB och Svolder AB<\/li>\n<li>Mats Rylander, representing a larger group of shareholders<\/li>\n<li>\u00c5sa Mattsson, representing a larger group of shareholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Annual General Meeting of FM Mattsson AB will be held on Thursday May 13, 2027, in Mora.<\/p>\n<p>The composition of the Nomination Committee is based on the ownership structure as of 30 September 2026. The Nomination Committee represents approximately 83 percent of the total voting power of all shares in the company.
